Important: The item will be delivered to you within 5 days and will automatically return to us after this time. Please remember to pick up your parcel on time!

The cost of international delivery depends on the weight of the parcel and the country of destination.
Where is my order and how can I track it?
After placing your purchase, you will receive the order confirmation email with the estimated shipping date. You can also access your order through the VIEW ORDER link at the bottom of the purchase email.
As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation. This email will contain your tracking information so you can check the exact status of the shipment at any time.
Please note that due to our disruptive production method - in which all our items get produced after purchase of a pre-order - shipping and production delays may occur on occasion. We are working extremely hard to avoid issues like this in the future.
However, if the estimated shipping date has passed and you haven't received a confirmation email, please contact us and we will give you a new estimated date.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time.
Orders with available items - in stock - are shipped 1 or 2 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a local holiday. In that case, it would be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.
The shipping of on-demand items - pre-order - depends on the estimated date reflected on the webpage - or order email confirmation - when the order is placed. As the product will be produced especially for you, we cannot accelerate this process to send it at an earlier date.
If your order contains one or more items in pre-order or with different pre-order dates - combined orders - remember that because our company’s mission is built on sustainability, we send all items together once they're ready. You will see each item has a different delivery date on your order confirmation; however, we will be sending over the full order at the latest delivery date provided.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our warehouse. It will include all tracking information.
How can I change my delivery address?
Once your order has been placed, you might still be able to update your delivery address, but this will depend on the status of your order.
Please contact us to provide the new and complete delivery address.
The team will check if modification is still possible:
- If the order has not been prepared for shipment yet, we will update the delivery address as you have requested.
- If the order is already being prepared for shipment: unfortunately, at this point, we will not be able to correct your delivery address. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number once the shipment starts, after which you can reach out to your local courier to provide the new address and arrange the delivery.
Will the in-stock items of my order be shipped right away?
As all our company policies seek to embrace sustainability, we usually send the entire order in one go, to avoid the contamination caused by doing multiple shipments to the same place. If a customer orders multiple items, we send the full order once the last product is ready. This means that, if your order contains both in stock and on-demand products - the shipping phase will start once all the products are available for shipment.
However, if you prefer to receive your available items as soon as possible, we can request a partial shipment for you. We cannot always guarantee this action will be performed successfully, but we will do our best to make an exception for you and rearrange the order preparation, although it may take some time as this is out of our normal processes.
Please be aware that this would affect the customs fees and you might end up paying them twice. No refund request will be accepted in this case.
We do not encourage this procedure, as it is not sustainable and has a more negative impact on the environment, causing more pollution and waste. Nevertheless, if you want to proceed with the partial shipment, please contact us via contact form or via chat to request it.
