Delivery

Delivery within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta:

to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker;
-
courier delivery to your address by Nova Poshta.
Cost: for orders of UAH 3,000 and above, delivery within Ukraine is free. For orders below this amount, delivery is charged at Nova Poshta rates - payable at checkout on the website or upon receiving the package.
Important: your package is stored at the branch for 5 days, after which it is automatically returned to us. Please collect your order on time! In that case, the cost of the return and re-delivery is paid by the buyer.
Tip: inspect the package and the item at the branch upon receipt - if you notice damaged packaging or a discrepancy, document it with a branch employee and write to us right away.
International delivery
We ship international orders via:

The cost of international delivery depends on the chosen carrier, the weight of the package, and the destination country, and is calculated at checkout. Customs duties and fees of the destination country are not included in the order price and are payable by the buyer (see Section 6 of our Terms of Service for details).
When will I receive my order?
Order processing time is separate from delivery time.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak season, times may be slightly longer.
Pre-orders (a standard catalogue item that is still being made) are dispatched according to the estimated date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. A pre-ordered item is a regular catalogue product, so the general return rules apply to it.
Custom orders (an item made to your measurements, with engraving or other personalisation) are made especially for you within the timeframe agreed when placing the order. Unfortunately, production cannot be expedited. Please note: custom-made items are not subject to return or exchange (see Section 4 of our Terms of Service for details).
Please bear in mind: due to martial law in Ukraine, occasional delays in production and dispatch are possible at our workshops. We do everything we can to avoid them. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received a dispatch confirmation - write to us at info@ornament.in.ua and we will provide a new estimated date.
Where is my order and how do I track it?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with an estimated delivery date. You can also check your order status via the "View your order" link at the bottom of that e-mail.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation e-mail with a tracking number - you can use it to check the exact delivery status at any time.
Orders with several items
An order with several items may arrive in one package or in several - depending on the readiness and location of the items:

if all items are ready and at the same warehouse - we ship them together;

if items are made at different workshops, stored at different warehouses (different brands), or have different readiness dates - we ship each part as soon as it is ready, in separate packages.
For safety reasons during martial law, we do not hold finished items at the warehouse while waiting for the rest of the order. Splitting an order into several packages at our initiative does not increase your delivery cost. You will receive a separate e-mail with a tracking number for each shipment.
Where possible, we ship international orders as a single shipment so that customs charges are not applied to each package separately. If, however, you yourself ask us to split an international order or to ship part of it earlier, please note: customs charges may be applied to each package, meaning you may pay them more than once, and these additional costs are not reimbursed - including in the event of a subsequent return. Your right to return within 14 days remains unaffected and applies on general terms.
Changing the delivery address
The address can be updated after the order is placed - depending on its status. Send us the new full delivery address at info@ornament.in.ua or via chat, and we will check:

if the order has not yet been handed over for dispatch - we will update the address as requested;

if the order is already being prepared for dispatch or has been shipped - unfortunately, we will not be able to change the address on our side; once you receive the e-mail with the tracking number, contact the carrier to redirect the package.
Returns
The cost of return shipping for items of proper quality is borne by the buyer. The full return procedure is described in our Refund Policy.
