Refund Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means it must not be worn, used or have its tags removed. It must also be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase that was sent to your email address.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If you send something back to us without asking first, we won't be able to accept it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get the right thing is to send back what you have. Once we have approved the return, you can place a separate order for a new item.
Here is a list of things that cannot be returned or exchanged:
You cannot return or exchange the following items:
- We make things to order.
- We make items that are specially designed to fit the customer's exact measurements.
- Orders being sent outside of Ukraine.
- Here are some items that are on sale:
- Gift cards.
So, please take your size carefully. If you are unsure about your size or would like to check how well a garment will fit you, you can always contact us. We will be happy to help you choose the right size so that the item fits you well.
Refunds
We will let you know when we have received and checked your return and tell you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent back to the payment method you used within seven working days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
If more than seven working days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@ornament.in.ua.

If you return or exchange an item because it is faulty, you will have to pay for this yourself.
