Delivery within Ukraine
Orders within Ukraine are delivered by Nova Poshta:
- to a Nova Poshta branch or parcel locker;
- courier delivery to your address by Nova Poshta.
Cost: for orders of UAH 3,000 and above, delivery within Ukraine is free. For orders below this amount, delivery is charged at Nova Poshta rates - payable at checkout on the website or upon receiving the package.
Important: your package is stored at the branch for 5 days, after which it is automatically returned to us. Please collect your order on time! In that case, the cost of the return and re-delivery is paid by the buyer.
Tip: inspect the package and the item at the branch upon receipt - if you notice damaged packaging or a discrepancy, document it with a branch employee and write to us right away.

The cost of international delivery depends on the chosen carrier, the weight of the package, and the destination country, and is calculated at checkout.
