If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations or the size or style does not fit, then you can return it to us or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. But only if the product was not in use, its product appearance, packaging, labels and document confirming the fact of purchase (mail declaration, product or fiscal check) were retained. Otherwise, the goods are non-refundable and exchangeable.

- Returns and exchanges are only possible in Ukraine
- All costs associated with returning or exchanging good quality goods are borne by the buyer.
