You made a purchase in our online store and found that size, color or style did not fit you - There is no reason to worry. You can exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In our work, we rely entirely on the "Consumer Protection Act". We care about our buyers and do not interfere with the return and exchange of goods.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return or exchange any item if:
- It was not in use and has a trademark;
- You have all the seals, labels, packaging, etc. stored;
- You have a bill of lading confirming the purchase of a specific item in our store;
- No more than 14 days have elapsed since the order was received.
Please note that all costs for forwarding the goods upon return or exchange are borne by the buyer.
More about sharing
You have two options to exchange a product that did not fit:
- call us at +380959080000;
- Make a new order on our site with a mark in the comment "Size Sharing" or "Modify the Shape";
Then pack the product in proper packaging, check all seals and labels and send it to the address agreed with the manager. When you arrive at the warehouse, we will check the item within 2 business days and we will send you another instead.
Important: Do not send a package with the "Postpay" sign, otherwise we will not be able to receive it.
Details on return
First of all, you need to complete the Money Back Claims Product . Then carefully pack the parcel and put in it all seals, labels, a completed application, and then send it to us at the address indicated in the application. You can also send us an application by e-mail (email@example.com), indicating in the subject of the letter "Return of the order number 000", where 000 is the order number. Upon arrival in the warehouse, we will check the goods within 5 business days and we will refund the funds in full (on the bank card or by bank transfer - of your choice).
Important: If you receive a product of inadequate quality, all shipping costs are paid by our online store. In other cases, these costs are borne by the customer.
Important! We will not be able to accept the item for exchange or refund if:
- More than 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of your parcel;
- the product has been damaged or in use;
- You did not save all labels, packaging, seals and other documents;
- You have ordered international delivery of products;
- the goods are on the list of products that are not subject to return according to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 172 dated March 19, 1994. Among them, the underwear and bed linen, hosiery, jewelry and further on the list.
